1. Explanation of Terms

In these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), “we” and “us” refer to GoAsianTours.com. “You” refers to the person purchasing the vacation who has requested a quote and has agreed to our T&C. By paying any deposit or fee(s), you agree to our T&C on behalf of every person in your group traveling. If the booking is on behalf of a limited company, “you” refers to that company. “Event” refers to all aspects of a holiday booking with GoAsianTours, be it an active, social, or relaxation event. A group is defined as 5 or more people per booking.

2. Booking with GoAsianTours

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone using a credit card, or through other communication channels. When you book over the phone or online, you automatically agree to these T&C. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before confirming any booking.

Passage to Your Vacation:

Go Asian Tours is an incoming tour operator providing a “land only” service. We are not responsible for passenger travel to or from the country of vacation. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or other hindrances in your passage to your vacation destination.

3. Your Travel Booking

Whether you book alone or as a group, we will only deal with the organizer of the booking in all subsequent communications, including changes, amendments, and cancellations. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking and possess the legal capacity and authority to book on behalf of yourself and any other person traveling with you.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of personal details or any other information provided about yourself or anyone else in your party and for informing them of any changes to the booking.

4. Insurance

It is a condition of your booking with us that you and all other members of your party, including infants and children, are adequately insured for the duration of the vacation. Travel insurance should cover personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and any loss or damage to property.

5. Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, we will set aside your accommodation (or similar if unavailable). We may not be able to confirm all ground arrangements immediately, but we will issue a confirmation invoice if necessary. If there are any changes to the details discussed at the time of booking, we will notify you promptly, including any changes in price.

6. Prices and Quotes

All prices displayed on our Site are accurate as of the date of publication but may change due to varying factors such as decreasing availability, unforeseen events, or other circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust these prices at any time before and after booking.

If a price change occurs after booking, we will notify you in advance, and an amendment invoice will be sent. Price changes will not exceed 30 days prior to the departure date.

7. Payment and Deposits

Non-Group (1 to 5 people):
  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Final payment must be made 60 days before the vacation start date. A 4% fee will be charged for installment payments.
Group (5+ people):
  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Certain tours may require a larger deposit, which will be advised at the time of booking.
  • Final payment must be made 95 days before the vacation start date. A 4% fee will apply for installment payments.

Prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:
For Non-Group Bookings (1-5 people):
  • 46 days out: 25% of the payment will be lost.
  • 45–8 days prior to commencement: 35% of the remaining balance will be lost.
  • 7–1 day(s) before departure: 50% deposit will be lost.
  • On the day of departure: Full 100% deposit lost.
For Group Bookings (5+ people):
  • 46 days out: 25% of the payment will be lost.
  • 45–8 days prior to commencement: 35% of the remaining balance will be lost.
  • 7–1 day(s) before departure: 50% deposit will be lost.
  • On the day of departure: Full 100% deposit lost.
No refund is provided for any group member unable to attend or departing early.

9. Special Offers and Discounts

Special offers (including discounts) are available for non-group bookings only and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions. These offers are applicable to our Lucky Charm, Self-Drive, and Escorted Tours packages.

10. Transfer of Booking

  • Written consent from the original lead.
  • Acceptance of the terms by the new participant.
  • The new participant has valid travel insurance.
Changes requested within 30 days for non-group bookings or 95 days for group bookings will incur amendment fees.

11. Insurance and Liability

GoAsianTours recommends that all clients take out suitable travel insurance to cover personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, loss of property, and the participation in activities deemed to be dangerous.

We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or any loss occurring due to acts or omissions by other suppliers such as hotels or transport providers. We are not liable for cancellations due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

12. Conduct While Traveling

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person if their behavior is disruptive, abusive, or dangerous to others. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

13. Accommodation

All accommodations arranged by GoAsianTours must be used solely by the people named on your confirmation. You are responsible for any damage caused to accommodation or property during your stay.

14. Room Allocation and Security Deposits

Room allocation is at the discretion of the accommodation provider. You will be required to provide a valid credit card or a security deposit upon check-in for any potential damages.

15. Alteration or Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or alter your booking due to safety concerns, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will try to reschedule your vacation but will not be obligated to offer a refund.

16. Complaints

Any complaints must be reported to GoAsianTours as soon as possible. Complaints should be submitted in writing for resolution.

17. Privacy Statement

GoAsianTours respects your privacy and does not share any personal information with third parties unless required for processing your booking. We collect basic data such as feedback, newsletter registrations, and site usage information, and we protect this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
